Q1 2025 Updates: Major Improvements in Security, Integration Management, and User Experience!
In the first quarter of 2025, we rolled out a series of impactful updates designed to strengthen system security, streamline integration management, and elevate the overall user experience. With a focus on empowering users to work more efficiently and confidently, we introduced a range of powerful new features and delivered key optimizations across the platform. From enhanced control mechanisms to smarter workflows, Q1 2025 marked a major step forward: here are the highlights you won’t want to miss!
PIM Module Updates
To improve user experience, the Category section in the Category and Filter areas now opens in a collapsed state by default, making category management more organized.
Additionally:
SKU fields have been added to the product list in the Groups Drawer.
The bulkProductUpsert method now merges duplicate product entries into a single record, ensuring more accurate and efficient product management.
Export operations can now be performed even if the Filters section is empty, allowing users to export product data without applying filters.
The product detail page now displays product groups, making it easier to see which group a product belongs to.
Enhanced User Experience in the Entity Module
We have made extensive UI and UX improvements to entity detail screens, making interactions faster and more user-friendly.
With this update:
Users can now create static and dynamic segments.
A segment-based filtering feature has been added for SMS and Email templates, enabling more effective targeting of audiences.
Users can now see which segments they belong to on the entity detail page.
Scheduled messages can now be canceled.


Promotions and Loyalty Module Improvements
We have improved our Promotions and Loyalty modules to give you more control, better visibility, and smoother workflows!
New Features in Promotion Management
“Maximum Usage Count” and “Maximum Gift Amount” fields have been added to better manage promotion usage.
The Segment Detail Page now displays transaction-level data for deeper insights.
Event parameters are now directly linked to datasets, ensuring a more structured and reliable data flow.
A “Validate & Check” cron job has been introduced to regularly audit segment accuracy and reduce manual work.
Segment Change Webhook now automatically triggers actions when a user’s segment is updated.
Integration management is now easier! A "Delete" button has been added to remove unnecessary integrations.
Segment management is now more flexible – import/export is now available for static segments, and export support has been added for dynamic segments.
Powerful Enhancements in the Loyalty Module
Historical data is now displayed in a name[id] format for better clarity.
Detailed logs have been added to the Action Detail and Data Source sections.
Segmentation support allows for more personalized, rule-based targeting and reward logic.
SMS and Email have been added as new action types for increased engagement.
“Trigger Action After” lets you schedule loyalty actions at specific times.
Store-based analysis is now possible with the newly added storeId and storeName fields in earning transactions.
A Smarter and More Efficient User Experience
Audience Filter now displays real-time counts of filtered entities.
Entity detail pages are now just one click away from the Recipients tab in Messaging.


Wallet Module Updates
To improve security and transaction tracking in the Wallet module:
The system will now display user information for deposit and spending transactions, ensuring greater transparency.
Webhooks will be triggered when creating or updating a Wallet & Wallet Account, allowing real-time updates to be sent to relevant systems.
Import/Export and Integration Enhancements
To simplify data management, the Import/Export feature has been added to the following sections:
Events, Event Parameter Options, Attributes, Attribute Options, Actions, and Scheduling, enabling more efficient and structured data transfers.
Similarly, Actions, Data Sources, Data Sets, Rule Parameters, Action Templates, and Spending Templates now support Import/Export functions, making integration management more flexible.
Security and Authorization Enhancements
To enhance system security and provide better control over authorization processes:
A data cleaning feature has been added to the Danger Zone section. This feature is now accessible only to Owner-level users, ensuring that critical operations are performed only by authorized personnel.
General Updates and New Features
To enhance the overall user experience, several updates have been made across the system:
A Dashboard section has been introduced, allowing users to monitor key metrics from a single screen.
Authorization management has been improved: Owner-level users can now modify permissions for other users.
In the General Settings section, a new "currency decimal points" option has been added, allowing for more precise financial calculations.
